Jilibibi Terms and Conditions – Rules for Using Our Platform

1 Introduction

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

Jilibibi is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account at jilibibi. Duplicate accounts — whether in the same name, using the same email address, mobile number, payment method, or device — are strictly prohibited. Jilibibi reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances or bonus funds.

3.2 Accurate Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false information is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilibibi login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. Jilibibi will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact jilibibi support immediately at support@jilibibi.net. Jilibibi may temporarily suspend your account while the matter is investigated to protect your funds.

3.4 Account Closure

Jilibibi reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, particularly where there is evidence of fraud, terms violation, money laundering activity, or collusion. You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Any remaining cleared balance will be paid out to your registered withdrawal method subject to standard verification procedures.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Jilibibi processes all transactions in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. Jilibibi does not accept deposits or withdrawals via cryptocurrency or any non-Philippine payment method.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. There is no maximum deposit limit unless otherwise specified in a particular promotion's terms. Withdrawal limits may apply based on your account verification level and the payment method selected.

4.3 Processing Times

GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet are initiated by jilibibi immediately upon approval; clearing time depends on the receiving bank and may take up to one banking day. Jilibibi does not charge withdrawal fees on its end, though your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Funds deposited at jilibibi must be used for gaming activity before withdrawal is available. If jilibibi has reason to believe that deposited funds are being used to exploit bonuses, engage in money laundering, or manipulate the system in any way, the platform reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests and refer the matter to the appropriate authorities.

4.5 Your Own Funds Only

You may only deposit funds that you own and are legally entitled to use. Jilibibi will not process deposits from accounts or payment methods registered to other persons. All payment methods used at jilibibi must match the name on your registered account.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Rules

Jilibibi offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and referral rewards. Each promotion has its own specific terms that will be clearly communicated at the time the offer is made. In all cases, the terms of the specific promotion take precedence over these general bonus terms where there is a conflict.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonus offers at jilibibi are subject to wagering requirements — a specified number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the specific promotion terms) must be bet before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.

5.3 Game Contributions

Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. Typically, slot games contribute 100% of each bet toward the wagering requirement, while live casino games (including baccarat and roulette) may contribute a lower percentage. 5.4 Bonus Abuse

Referral bonuses are credited when a referred friend registers using the referrer's unique code and completes a qualifying deposit. The referral bonus will not be paid where the referred account is found to be a duplicate of an existing account or where the registration is determined to be fraudulent. 6 Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

All casino games available at jilibibi — including live dealer tables, RNG slots, and table games — are provided by licensed third-party game studios and operate under certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or use physical cards and equipment under independent studio oversight. Jilibibi does not control game outcomes and has no ability to manipulate results in favour of the house or any individual player beyond the published house edge.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or disconnection during a game round, jilibibi's decisions on how to resolve the affected round are final. Jilibibi will endeavour to resolve disputes fairly and in accordance with the game provider's published rules. Jilibibi is not liable for losses arising from technical issues beyond our control, including internet connectivity problems on the player's end.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void at jilibibi's discretion if it was placed in error, if there was a clear pricing or odds error, if the game suffered an irrecoverable technical fault, or if the bet was placed in violation of these Terms. Void bets will have the original stake returned to the player's account.

6.4 Bet Settlement

All bets at jilibibi are settled in accordance with the published rules for each game or market. In the event of any discrepancy between what is displayed in the game client and the official settlement record, the server-side record held by jilibibi and the relevant game provider will be treated as definitive.

7 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting at jilibibi — including basketball betting covering the PBA, NBA, and other leagues — is governed by the following general rules in addition to sport-specific rules communicated within the sportsbook interface.

• All odds are displayed in Philippine Peso and are subject to change up until the point a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds applied to your bet.
• Bets placed after an event has started may be voided at jilibibi's discretion unless in-play betting is explicitly offered for the specific market.
• If an event is postponed or cancelled, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned, unless the event is subsequently rescheduled to a date within 72 hours of the original scheduled time, in which case bets may stand.
• In the case of an abandoned or suspended event, settlement will be determined based on the official result at the point of abandonment if a full result can be determined under the rules of the relevant sport. Otherwise, bets will be voided.
• For basketball betting, overtime periods are included in the final result unless the specific market states "regulation time only".
• Jilibibi reserves the right to limit maximum bet amounts on any market at any time without prior notice.

8 Prohibited Conduct

Jilibibi provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to ensure the platform is available around the clock, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to jilibibi and are not liable for losses arising from periods of downtime, maintenance, or service disruption.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilibibi's total liability to any individual player for any claim arising from their use of the platform is limited to the total amount deposited by that player to their jilibibi account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Jilibibi is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of the platform
• Losses caused by third-party payment processor errors or delays
• Losses caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind
• Actions taken by jilibibi in good faith compliance with legal or regulatory requirements

Nothing in these Terms limits jilibibi's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

10 Privacy

Jilibibi collects and processes personal data from registered members in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and jilibibi's Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy.

By registering at jilibibi, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and marketing communications where you have provided express consent for marketing. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time without affecting the validity of your account.

Jilibibi will not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed game providers, payment processors, and regulatory bodies as required to operate the platform or comply with applicable law.

11 Responsible Gaming

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute with jilibibi informally by contacting our support team in writing. Jilibibi will acknowledge all written complaints within two business days and endeavour to resolve them within 14 business days of receipt.

In the event that an informal resolution cannot be reached, jilibibi and the player agree to submit the dispute to mediation before pursuing litigation, unless emergency relief is required to prevent irreparable harm.
